Position to be filled on the Paris site (75014) on a 10-month fixed-term contract, starting March 1, 2022.
In line with the educational project of the Ambulance Training Institute,
you provide educational face-to-face meetings, particularly in your area of expertise for the State-certified Ambulance and Paramedic Auxiliary training,
you work in collaboration with the teaching team to ensure the consistency of the program and its progress,
you manage the use of resource persons for the realization of the courses (TS companies, speakers, ...)
you develop relocated training
you develop communication around the project of training paramedics in a spirit of sustainability of training on the sites,
you host the training of paramedics and facilitate their implementation
you ensure throughout the training the pedagogical follow-up of the trainees with personalized interview,
you participate with the mandatory staff (doctors, business leaders) in carrying out evaluations and remedial training,
you manage with regard to external stakeholders the collection of schedules and attendance for the accounting management of contracts and restaurant tickets,
you develop the network of stakeholders in line with the budget,
you make sure of the good conditions of use of the material and the replenishment,
you carry out activity reports and report to the director of the IFA.
You carry out these missions under the responsibility of the educational manager and the director of the Ambulance Training Institute
State-certified nurse or state-certified paramedic with a degree in education or health sciences.
Pre-hospital experience and AFGSU training are desirable.
