You will join a team for whom mutual aid and sharing are present on a daily basis.
In addition to the classic secretarial tasks, you carry out the administrative management operations of the Training Institute relating to:
welcoming participants and speakers,
informing candidates, employers and funders about training courses and their terms,
the reception and processing of registration files, within the framework of predefined procedures,
the preparation and management of the administrative files of the learners,
the management of financial support for learners,
the management of certificates and/or diplomas at the end of training,
management of training indicators
You carry out your missions under the responsibility of the director of the structure.
You hold a professional secretarial or administrative management title.
You are proficient in computer and office tools and preferably have knowledge of training business software (such as WINIFSI and AMMON).
You have a first experience in the field of professional training.
You have an ease on the phone and know how to listen to others.
Endowed with a sense of organization, you are rigorous, autonomous and versatile. You appreciate teamwork.
